Terms of use
Short version: a free game. Points only, no real money, no betting, no investment advice. Numbers are SAMPLE DATA until the city says otherwise. Be kind to other players.
1. What AI Survivor City is
AI Survivor City is a free browser game and visualisation. It shows an experimental automated trading bot (the Survivor Bot) as a voxel city: the tower is the portfolio, each building is a strategy, and the Strategy Graveyard holds strategies that were tested. By using the city you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Points only, no real money
- Points, XP, badges, ranks and anything else you earn in the city have no money value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred or paid out.
- No betting or gambling. Prediction games (for example guessing a daily close) are played for points only. You never stake money or crypto.
- The city never asks for payments, exchange API keys, passwords, seed phrases or wallet access. Anyone who asks for these in or around the city is not us: do not share them.
3. No investment advice
Nothing in the city is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell anything. Read the disclaimer for details.
4. Sample data until stated otherwise
Unless a screen clearly says it shows live data, all figures are sample data made up for the demo. Live figures, once added, may be delayed, rounded or incomplete. The city is read-only: nobody can trade from it.
5. Conduct rules
These apply to everything you do in the city, including names, avatars and (once available) chat:
- Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
- No sexual, violent or otherwise shocking content.
- No spam, advertising, referral links, scams, phishing or "signal" selling.
- No impersonation of other players, of the city's characters or of the people who run the city.
- Do not share anyone's personal information, including your own.
- No cheating: no bots, automated clients, exploiting bugs, or interfering with the service or other players. If you find a bug, please report it.
- Follow the law where you live.
We may remove content, mute, kick or ban players and reset progress when these rules are broken, at our discretion.
6. A game in development
The city is a work in progress, offered "as is" and "as available". Features, data and progress may change, pause or be reset at any time, especially during the preview. We may stop the service.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, AI Survivor City is not liable for any loss or damage from using the city or from relying on anything shown in it, including trading or investment decisions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.
8. Our content
The city's code, art, characters and texts belong to the AI Survivor City project. Screenshots and clips for personal or social sharing are welcome. Names of exchanges and other companies belong to their owners; mentioning them does not mean they endorse the city.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the city after a change means you accept it. Privacy is covered in the privacy policy.
